My Guarantee

For the life of each item I sell, I will gladly make any necessary repairs or adjustments. Simply contact me and return the item. The only cost you will incur is the replacement of lost or damaged materials and the postage to me. The labor and return shipping is provided free of charge. I will also gladly clean your jewelry – all it costs you is the postage to send to me. This is of particular interest if you have a piece with a variety of stones or pearls.

Returns

I want you to thoroughly enjoy and love everything you purchase from my store. If you receive something and would prefer to select another item, or prefer a refund, please contact me within seven days of receipt.

Custom orders cannot be returned.

Shipping

With the exception of items requiring a special order, jewelry is normally shipped within 36 hours of receipt of payment. If you order an item that requires a special order, I will notify you immediately and give you as close an approximation of the time required as possible. It is usually possible to ship within two weeks.

Shipping is by either First Class or Priority Mail -- your choice. If you wish you have your items insured, please make a note in the comments section of the order form and I will contact you with the cost.

All items are sent in a gift box.

Caring For Your Jewelry

Sterling silver reacts with air and moisture and over time will tarnish, so store your jewelry in a Ziploc bag to prevent tarnishing. Occasionally give your jewelry a gentle cleaning with soap and water. Pearls should only be cleaned using a pearl cleaner. Avoid using hairspray or applying makeup while wearing your jewelry. Return to me as often as you like for cleaning – all it costs you is the shipping to me!

Great care is taken to produce jewelry that is durable and lasting, but please keep in mind that some pieces are more delicate than others. Some natural gemstones and glass may fracture if you bump it against a hard object or drop it. Artisan lampwork and dichroic glass has been kiln annealed for durability, making them have the strength of Pyrex, but care should still be taken to protect your wearable art.
